In short: we use your name, company, phone number, email and project details only to respond to your request and follow up on it. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for their own purposes. You can ask us at any time to correct or delete it.

2. Data we collect
Through this website, WhatsApp, email or phone we may collect: name, company or institution, phone or WhatsApp number, email address and any project information you choose to share (products of interest, quantities, dates and delivery location). We do not request sensitive personal data or banking information through this website.
3. What we use your data for
Necessary purposes (without them we cannot serve you):
- Responding to your request for information, a quote or contact.
- Preparing, sending and following up on quotes.
- Coordinating visits, deliveries and furniture installation.
Additional purposes (you may opt out): sending you information about products, new models and promotions. If you do not wish to receive it, write to us at ventas@grupojome.com with the subject line “No enviar publicidad” (“Do not send advertising”). Opting out does not affect how we handle your request.
4. How we collect it
When you fill out a form on this website, it prepares a message that you send via WhatsApp or email. When you use WhatsApp, your data is also subject to that service's privacy policy. If in the future the form is submitted through an external form provider, that provider will act solely on our behalf and under our instructions.
5. Who we share it with
We do not transfer your personal data to third parties without your consent, except in the cases provided for by law (for example, requests from authorities). We may rely on providers that render services to us (website hosting, email, form submission, freight transportation), who process the data solely to provide those services to us.

You have the right to Access your data, Rectify it, Cancel it or Object to its use, as well as to revoke your consent and limit its use or disclosure. To exercise these rights, send an email to ventas@grupojome.com including:
- Your name and a way for us to reply to you.
- A copy of an official ID (or a document proving your authority to act, if you are acting on behalf of another person).
- A clear description of the data and the right you wish to exercise.
We will respond within the time limits set by applicable law.
7. Cookies and storage in your browser
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. For your convenience, it stores only in your own browser (local storage): a draft of any forms you are filling out and a copy of the catalog so it loads faster. This information is not sent to us, and you can delete it from your browser settings. If we add visitor statistics, we will use cookie-free tools with aggregated data that does not identify you.
